Given that this Government now accepts that there is a link between UK foreign policy and terrorist attacks in this country, and given that the Bush administration's foreign policies in Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan - which Blair's Government supported almost without question - have been described as a "colossal failure" by the U.S Congress, do the parties agree that it is now time for parliament to scrutinize British foreign policy more closely?
