The Conservatives and all other parties need to make up their mind - if the National Curriculum is worth having, then it should be worth having in ALL SCHOOLS. If it is not good enough for the academies then it is not good enough for the state schools. And... since when were parents the best people to devise a child's education? Parents are there to parent - teachers are there to teach.
