The abolition of the 10p rate is clear evidence that the Prime Minster has lost all touch with ordinary people. The Labour Party's decision to abolish the starting rate means that taxes have increased for hundreds of thousands of Scottish tax payers who previously paid only the 10% rate and for over 680,000 Scots households. |
