I'm not a parent, but the education question is one I would love an answer on. I know many good teachers who have left the profession because of the shear amount of paperwork & the fact that they now have little or no control over unruly pupils, who have no interest in academia. I have my own ideas on educational reform, but I 'd like to hear yours.

Which party if any is going to recognise that our country will only be profitable when we export more than we import.Apart from the money markets all we seem to do is cut each others hair and cook burgers that come from abroad.

I believe that for some years government has encouraged immigration whilst saying the opposite.Increasing population gives an illusion of growth.Unfortunately we are accepting some people who benefit society but many who do not,,,sick,lazy, criminal etc which we have to put up with and support. Which party is going to really stop it[not just say they will],and how can it be done whilst subject to EU rules?

I would really like to vote for Labour in this election, however after researching the local candidates I notice that Tristram’s given address is Tottenham. My question is if Tristram is elected will he have the city’s best interests in mind. Our city has a growing bad reputation with low income and high crime levels. All though I want a labour government I’m beginning to believe I should vote for an independent candidate who lives in Stoke on Trent. Does Tristram really care whether Stoke slumps even further? After all he doesn’t have to live here or send his children to school here?
