My Experience
I've lived in Wallington for 30 years with my wife and family. I work as a Human Resources Consultant and am a trustee of a national environmental charity. Over the years I've been active in the community in many areas including local branches of CND and Friends of the Earth as well as Churches Together group. Was also active for several years in the Labour Party before joining the Greens in 2007. Won the local Guardian's ‘Green Household Award’ in Sutton in 2008 and went on to be runner-up in the South West London regional awards. I have a particular particular interest in the Transition Towns movement and am currently working with others in Hackbridge to support Bioregional’s One Planet Living project.
