Biography

Chris Noyce is by profession a solicitor of 25 years standing and currently working for a small central London practice.  Chris has also been a councillor since 1986 with one break and has experience of local government at many levels, having been at one stage the sole councillor for the Lib Dems on the authority and at another Leader of the Group in minority control. Outside of politics Chris assisted the residents of his block of flats in purchasing the freehold of the block under the provisions of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987 along with eleven other blocks at the same time. Chris has always been interested in books, reading history and foreign affairs.Contact Me
