Questions I have been asked

I am a resident of Llanvanor Road, NW2 2AP. A high court decision has been made, ref APP/N5090/A/11/2149957/NWF, in respect of number 22 Llanvanor Road. We, the residents, believe that notice was not correctly served by Barnet Council to the residents in respect of this application to allow us to put our views to the Inspectorate and we believe that a precedent used to make the decision is incorrect and that the Inspectorate were given false information. Is this a matter you can help us with? Having spoken to the High Court it would seem our only other course of action is through the High Courts and we, the residents, don’t have the money to pursue this course of action. Your help and advice on this matter would be gratefully received.
